At Achilles Heel, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you push your limits, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a hassle-free processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused sports equipment back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
